Electronic Speed restriction sign

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8000247.

There has been installed an electronic speed warning system on Thorpe Park Road. It warns traffic they are travelling too fast. No signs before the electronic speed sign to advise what speed vehicles should be going at, so makes no sense and is not enforceable due to no signs advising what speed is expected.
