Fence climbed daily for access

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7952084.

The metal fence erected by the developer is designed to stop access but several pedestrians climb this fence despite the large drop onto the road to gain access to the new estate or to leave the estate. The current railing fence poses a risk and someone will fall. Additionally constantly climbing the fence will damage it. Please consider higher fencing to deter people climbing or a different fence.
