Flooding okd drain issue

This flooding from an old roman drain was not fixed about one year ago. Every time it rains a decent amount the end of our drive and then Main Street gets flooded. We had a team out who worked on it for half a day. Said they would need a team for a week then haven’t been back. This is also where schoolchildren board their bus.
