Bamboo growing through pavement tarmac

Sent to Peterborough City Council 2 weeks, 16 hours, 29 minutes later. Council ref: 7893190.

As you can see in photo bamboo roots growing through tarmac on pavement bamboo have all so being spread to my garden bamboo has been grown by tenants at 8 gayton court PE3 7BZ the pavement is a danger to public as some one could trip due to pavement damage
