Tree over hanging the street

I have reported this before the tree is overhanging emergency vehicles wouldn't be able to get down the street have berries all over the road attracting loads of flies the tree is knocking parts of the wall down next to it ,I have videos of this,the landlord is apparently has been notified last time this was raised but nothing has been done,the tree branches are leaning into the road,if the tree isn't cut back someone will be injured or cars or vans will be damaged,I also have more photos,something needs to be done us we are worried somebody will be hurt

    A Tree Surveyor has been to inspect and found that the overgrowing vegetation was coming from private land so we have passed to Highways department for enforcement
