Stolen bin cover causing litter problem near homes

The metal cover of a public rubbish bin has been stolen. Without it, the bin is easily blown over by the wind, spreading litter around nearby homes, the children’s play area, and the local school. This creates a serious mess and potential health risks, especially for children. The problem has been ongoing and requires urgent attention — ideally by replacing the missing cover or securely fixing the bin to the ground to prevent further tipping.
