Overflowing bins near school and playground

The bins here are full by midday on the same day they’re emptied. This area is right by a school and playground, with many children present daily, especially during the summer holidays. Unfortunately, bins are only emptied once a week, leaving rubbish scattered across the park for the remaining six days. It’s creating a serious hygiene issue and is completely unacceptable. These bins need to be serviced daily.
