There is a pile of rubbish, including broken glass, directly next to the pavement. This spot is right beside a primary school and playgrounds, with many children playing in the area daily. The path is used frequently and has become unsafe. The rubbish poses a serious risk to health and safety. It needs urgent cleaning and attention.
