Good afternoon

I hope you’re well.

I’ve attached a few photos of a problem that has been happening for the past two years. We’ve tried to cut it off but it clings on to our fence, the pathway and even cars which is damaging to these things. Sometimes it covers the pathway which is tricky for families and specially wheelchair users. Additionally, it houses pests and bugs and creates an awful smell in the summer. I was wondering if there is anything you can do to help. This is happening right next to my house in 58 Deaconscroft pe3 7lj. Any further questions please let me know. I’m happy to help.
