Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7832139.
A pedestrian fell over and injured himself whilst the bollard was down. He injured his arm and leg. This is a trip hazard Can I request this to be investigated
This is on the walkway between Tansor Garth and Highlees School Westwood
