There has been graffiti for 6 month+ on the bus stop next to Clare Lodge on Lincoln Road. This has been reported several times to you, including by Glinton Parish Council. Would be good to see action being taken.

For graffiti on private land this would be deemed as criminal damage and would therefore need reporting to the Police, along with any evidence that may be available.

Unfortunately Aragon Direct Services do not remove graffiti from bus shelters, this is the responsibility of the team who look after bus shelters. Your report has been passed directly to them for their attention, and if they want Aragon Direct to clear it, they will then arrange directly, or they will use their own contractors.
