Wooden posts on perimeter fence rotting

The wooden posts (perimeter fence between green tree area on Botolph Green and driveway on Farriers Court) are rotting at the bottom. One is dangerously close to falling on our car on the driveway. We are concerned that a strong bit of wind could bring the fence down as it looks like only the green mesh is keeping the posts from falling. We would appreciate this being looked in to please.
