Rubbish dumped outside their house

52 Gayton Court has been witnessed putting rubbish outside their gate again. The rubbish was moved outside our gate blocking exit and entrance at 54 Gayton Court by 52 Gayton Court at 13:00 on Saturday 5th July, witnessed by the neighbour at 40 Gayton Court who also witnessed 52 Gayton Court putting the rubbish outside their own gate a few days ago. This is a weekly problem and 52 Gayton Court always moves the rubbish in front of the gate of 54 Gayton Court and has been witnessed doing so multiple times.
