A bag of household waste has been left

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7812047.

A bag of household waste and a large piece of plastic has been dumped by the exercise park on Eagle way near the water pumping station. It has been there about a week now but not removed by the lengthsman during the week or by the bins lorries that past on Friday morning
