Mattress abandoned at the brewery tap balcony

We found an abandoned mattress outside our balcony fire exit door on 30th June. Then moved it behind the building, Then have moved it on 1st July underneath our silo to avoid fire hazard risks. We reported this already last week on 1st July. As we moved it underneath our silo the council was not able to collect it. Please let us know the date when it will be collected so we can put them outside for them to see. Thanks
