Unsatisfactory Grass Cutting and Maintenance

I am writing to raise concerns about the standard of grass cutting in Pilsgate by Aragon.

Much of the work is poorly done, with areas left uncut and long clippings left along verge lines, which could eventually block drains. Litter and debris are also shredded rather than picked up, leaving the area untidy.

The team often stands around talking next to their vehicles, appearing disengaged and unproductive. Overall, the job seems rushed and lacking in care or pride.

While I understand there are greater pressures on services, this work is publicly funded, and residents should expect a reasonable standard in return.
