Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7755256.

Street bollard/post needs to be replaced as the previous one was smashed from a vehicle again. Someone decided do not replace it but instead to put some asphalt on top of it, but because of the missing bollard vehicles and delivery vans stopping there all the time and people with wheelchairs or mothers with pushchairs does not have a visibility when they are crossing the road. Please put another bollard in place to prevent danger to the people.
