    Unfortunately, as this car is abandoned on private land it will be the responsibility of the landowner to arrange removal.

    The Environmental Enforcement Team can investigate and potentially remove abandoned vehicles on private land if requested by the landowner.

    If the landowner decides to use us to remove the vehicle, there is a non-refundable charge to cover our administration costs of £100 per vehicle (including VAT). The landowners will need to contact us directly to arrange.

    Landowners do not have to report abandoned vehicles on their land to the council, they can also take private action to remove it
