No kerb council land 13 Stonebridge

I am getting very upset by this. Last year I was promised a council review for the road leading to 11stonebridge lea amongst others. There is no kerb along the council land and delivery drivers continuously drive over causing a mess and flooding. As I was promised a review could I kindly ask someone call me urgently. This issue is only getting worse and won’t be long until utilities are affected. This was reported last year and was going to be discussed with the council
