Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7686992.

They are treating this land like it’s theirs? It’s a mess? Surely they can dig and up and mess around with council land like that. Send someone out to have a look they are making their land bigger and it ain’t fair! Please go and have a look what they have done
