Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7681068.

The green junction box on the corner of Cubbit Way and Oundle Road is covered with graffiti.

    The reason why your report has been marked as private land is because Aragon Direct Services do not remove graffiti from Post Boxes, Utility Company boxes or private properties this is the responsibility of the owner. Unfortunately, you would need to report this directly to Royal Mail or to the Utility Company in the first instance.

    Only if the Landowner or Utility Companies do not remove the graffiti after it has been reported can we log this for the environmental enforcement team to action.
