There is an overgrown, dead ivy bush that is partially blocking the public footpath at the back of my private property. My neighbours have asked me to sort it but I’m unable to myself and due to it overhanging and blocking a public pathway my landlord is not looking to do it himself. My neighbours can not get their bins in/out of their garden and access is unsafe for the general public using the footpath due to lack of visibility of the ground.
