'KEEP CLEAR ' road marking

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7646937.

The 'KEEP CLEAR ' road marking has worn away. I believe this is to allow emergency vehicles access to the estate if required. Mainly, it is left clear, but new people to the area are probably of this.
