The vehicle has been abandoned, the owner has moved and still left the vehicle Houses are now being prepped for sale and they are unable to complete the works here

    This has been logged for our Environmental Enforcement Team to attend and start their investigation. If the car fits the Abandoned Vehicle criteria and on PCC land/Highway a sticker will be placed on the windscreen giving the owner either 2, 7 or 14-days' notice to remove the car.
