Tree is blocking cctv. Damage to garden

The tree is blocking our cctv for our property. The sap from the tree is damaging my garden and my car. The tree branches have fallen into our garden and have caused injury to one of our children. The sap is attractive hornets which have stung the children. This issue has been raised to you so many times in the past and needs to be dealt with asap. Kind regards, Ajmil
