Bad smell from drainage

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7565635.

For the past two weeks I've noticed that bad smell comes out of drainage near to 42 Whitsed Street House, PE1 5ED in the road.Please rectify the issue ASAP .It looks like something blocked inside drainage gully.
