Tree sticky sap and bird droppings

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7565037.

Every year the sticky sap which is being produced from this tree is causing problems as it sticks to everything and gets into my home. I am clearing it everyday. I would appreciate it if the branches coming over into my property would be cut back. The leaves are also an issue each year and as I get older it becomes harder to deal with. kind regards from resident of Fengate Mobile Home Park
