Gravel after road surfing

This gravel has been here after the re surfing of the road it doesn’t seem to go away ,and is causing cars to skid that are not used to it. I have had a delivery van mount the path because of the speed they travel around . Some of the speedy people make a skid and the gravel gets flip up , I’ve swepted my path twice. I don’t know why the workers didn’t come back after a while and sweep the road .
