People do not adhere to the traffic lights

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7542340.

There needs to be cameras put on the traffic light junction on Padholme road and Eastfield road. It is so dangerous. People go through red lights constantly there are nearly crashes all the time and there is risk to pedestrians when crossing the road as no one adheres to the traffic lights.
