Commercial Property Fly-tipping

Yet again we have to report fly-tipping from this commercial property on Charles Street. This is a permanent eyesore on our street and PCC keep saying it is resolved. This is going on for 6 months now and the Biffa Bin needs to be removed from the public pavement to fix the problem.
