These bags have been on the verge for a week now.the residents from cherry tree grove use the cut & the verge as a dumping ground. I have reported numerous times before but it seems to be an ongoing issue with those that bring their bins onto eastern avenue.and the rubbish is beginning to be blown down the street .there maybe address withing the bags but not sure .
