Bollard is very wobbly and broken at bottom

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7512106.

Thankyou for fixing the broken bollard today from my first report , I have noticed that 2/3 away from the new post 1 post is very wobbly and rotted wood nearly broken off, if this becomes completely snapped it would leave 10ft between 2 posts allowing access onto the playing field, and I have witnessed travellers checking the area. Can this be replaced or reinstated asap to prevent this from happening. Thanks. can you kindly check the other posts to ensure these are not going to brake easily for trespassing.
