White ford transit LB60JWD This vehicle has not moved in along time and causes a problem because the owners other van parks in front of it causing a visual problem at a junction i:e vehicles pulling out into oncoming traffic or visa versa.

    The environmental enforcement officer has closed the case with the below closing comments:

    Abandoned vehicle inspection completed, in my opinion the vehicle met the criteria of an abandoned vehicle in line with DEFRA guidelines. A resident approached me on scene and confirmed it was parked outside owners address
