Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7476796.
Surface water drain has been broken and in need of repair for many years but recently it has broken completely and is a hazard to pedestrians as it's close to a footpath. A child or vulnerable person could easily hurt themselves if they tripped or fell because of it.
