Deep pothole near traffic lights

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7472867.

I went over it at 20mph this eve and it burst my tyre - ive had to be towed home, pay for a mobile mechanic then going to have to go to garage to check no further damage to car, absolutely fuming - the road is wrecked down fengate - how to I claim for the damage the unmaintained road has cost me?
