Hi , we had Flooded foot path due to blocked drainage ( Rain water drain ) . No access for foot bath , all area smells bad. The drain blocked for over 2 weeks.

  • We will investigate the gullies near to number 26 Gordon Avenue, we last cleansed the gully on the 14th of October and there evidence of illegal liquids being poured down the gully during this visit, we will take a sample and inform Anglian Water for potential pollutions of the rivers photographs will be taken for evidence and if necessary seek to recharge the offender that has undertaken the activity.

  • We attended to this gully yesterday (05/06/25) the gully was cleansed once again and the pipe work rodded through to the Anglian Water manhole located at the rear of number 28, the gully and pipe work was left clear and free flowing, therefore providing only rain water enters this gully there should be no further concerns.
