Subject: Urgent Request to Repair Broken Blue Swing
Dear [City Council / Parks Department / Maintenance Team],
I’m writing with serious concern regarding the broken blue swing at [Oundle road play area, PE2 9AT]. It has been in disrepair for quite some time now, and despite its popularity among children in our community, no visible action has been taken.
The current state of the swing isn’t just disappointing—it’s a safety hazard. Children have already been seen attempting to use it, unaware of the risk. This creates a situation that could quickly escalate into injury, something none of us want to see happen.
We kindly but firmly request that this issue be addressed as soon as possible. It’s a simple fix that would make a big difference for local families and restore a key part of our community space.
Please let us know when this will be repaired. We’d really appreciate a prompt response and action.
