This person has cut through the branch at the fork of the tree he cut halfway through the branch and just left it this branch is about 12 foot long and about 6" thick this walkway is used by 4 houses the branch is cut halfway through and now could snap now the tree is on council land so it should be made safe before it falls on someone Thanks Mr Johnson
