Has not moved in over 6 weeks. Reported at the start of March but nothing has been done. In public road abandoned with no tax & MOT

    I can see that this car was previously reported to the environmental enforcement team.

    Unfortunately, as this car is abandoned on private land/property/car park it will be the responsibility of the landowner to arrange removal. The enforcement team have advised the car is on Persimmon homes land, and will be up to them to arrange investigation and removal.

    Please be advised our enforcement officers can investigate abandoned cars on private land for a fee. The request must be made by the landowner of where the car/s are parked.

    If the owner wishes to proceed, we can then log this, and a consent form will be posted to them to complete., however the landowner would need to contact Peterborough City Council directly
