Could you tell me how to contact the environmental agency who own the land. Also the refuse collection will need to enter from alternative side of driveway to collect our rubbish due to the blockage on the track which includes glass and trees we are not able to move or as you say it’s not our land so are not responsible for moving it the environment agency is obviously this is a government run agency like yourselves. Please advise us on who to contact if not yourselves. We have reported issues before and given registration numbers but no one has ever called for a statement terrible service you don’t even collect the rubbish regularly

Fly-tipping will only be cleared from land owned or maintained by Peterborough City Council. Aragon Direct Services are unable to clear fly-tipping from private land as this is the responsibility of the landowner.
In some cases, the council's environmental enforcement team will investigate further.
