SORN’ed Vehicle parked on the public road.

SORN’ed vehicle must be parked on the private land, such as garage, garden, etc. This vehicle was abandoned on the public space, causing active driving residents to struggle with finding other parking spaces. Car has been parked over a month now. Exact location is PE29RX, by the garages at the right of the 9 ruther close building.

    This has been logged for our Environmental Enforcement Team to attend and start their investigation. If the car fits the Abandoned Vehicle criteria and on PCC land/Highway a sticker will be placed on the windscreen giving the owner either 2, 7 or 14-days' notice to remove the car.
