Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7423280.

A untaxed , vehicle , silver MERCEDES has been abandoned outside above address for at least six months , no one has been near it , in what is already a very busy car park , we have to block each other in so as not to park on double yellow line , Every space is very much needed .

    This has been logged for our Environmental Enforcement Team to attend and start their investigation. If the car fits the Abandoned Vehicle criteria and on PCC land/Highway a sticker will be placed on the windscreen giving the owner either 2, 7 or 14-days' notice to remove the car.
