Council have not removed the brambles ,

I reported the brambles the other week, they came out today to fix it, they have chopped it down ever so slightly and just left the brambles there, there are slabs that lead to our back gate and we still can't access it , there is also a wooden shelving unit dumped at the end so can't use the pavement .
