Huge tree is dead and needs removing

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7387539.

I moved into 11 bainton rd few weeks ago previous tenant reported tree you came out and inspected and said it needs removing it’s very dangerous and branches have fallen i’m wanting to no when this be removed ref number is 6191152 this was reported long time ago now
