Cement poured down street drain

Sent to Peterborough City Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 7387002.

Person working at 22 Charles Street was seen pouring cement from a cement mixer down the drain on the evening of 3rd April. When challenged insisted it was water. The drain appears to be blocked solid this morning

  • We have attended to this location, there does appear to be some sandy/frothy water in the gully pot, however there is no concrete as such and the gully has clear free flowing water below ( as the attached photo shows) Unfortunately we could not obtain an answer from the corner property which appears to be renovated, therefore we posted a note of our site visit.
