Strobe Effect Street Light

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7385746.

Street Light had a strobe effect in the middle of the night. Varying issues with the street light over the years. My wife struggles with migraines and this is a trigger, which could be seen lighting/flashing our whole bedroom.
