Rubbish, bed and mattress dumped
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7367597.
Number 5 Seymour Place have, yet again, dumped more rubbish outside the back of their rear garden. This time, the rubbish includes household rubbish, a double bed in two halves, and a mattress. This is the third time they have flu tipped, making this normally clean cul-de-sac, an eye sore, as you turn left into it.
