You can report cases of fly-tipping on private land to us, although it is the landowner’s responsibility to clear the waste.
Our Environmental Enforcement Team can only investigate if there is enough evidence available, e.g. witness statement, CCTV footage, evidence in the waste, etc.
When you report, please state if you’re able to provide any evidence to support our investigation. If there is enough evidence, once the case is referred to the Environmental Enforcement Team for investigation, we will mark the report as closed on the system.
If there is no evidence of the fly-tipping being committed, or who the waste originally belonged to, we are unable to investigate and proceed with your report.

Thank you for your report.
Unfortunately as the items may belong to the rough sleepers, we are unable to arrange with Aragon Direct Services to remove it at the moment.
We have passed this report to the rough sleepers team for their attention.
For any future homeless report, you can do this via the street link app, the reports will go directly to the outreach officers and there should not be a delay in attending the location.
The Street outreach teams will usually go out to find people who are rough sleeping at night or in the early hours of the morning. If you have not seen the person at night where they sleep, it is less likely they will be found.

We also have a No Second Night Out service which anyone who has spent one night on the streets can access by calling 0800 0121704.. Please remember to contact 999 if you feel like the person, you have seen needs urgent medical assistance. You can also signpost them to local homelessness services which can be found on the app and website.
