Red Toyota FA03FDK left on road in turning point for sometime, maybe 3 to 4 weeks or more. Checking DVLA has no MoT (expired October 2024) tax shows SORN, but car on road.

    This has been logged for our Environmental Enforcement Team to attend and start their investigation. If the car fits the Abandoned Vehicle criteria and on PCC land/Highway a sticker will be placed on the windscreen giving the owner either 2, 7 or 14-days' notice to remove the car.
