Multiple potholes/poor road surface outside Unit 2

The main road outside unit 2 has several potholes again and the general road surface is poor. This was only fixed last time with patch work and just a mere 3 months ago. It deteriorates quickly due to the heavy traffic on the industrial estate. Forklift trucks are going to get damaged and their operators potentially injured.
